Shipping Policy – GPI PRO Systems

At GPI PRO Systems, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Fees – Domestic & International

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.
  • International Orders: All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and any other local government charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included at checkout and will be assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • All shipping timelines provided on our website or during checkout are estimates only.
  • Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as couriers control shipping speed and final delivery.
  • We are not liable for any delays due to weather, customs, carrier error, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

❌ Loss, Damage, or Theft During Transit

  • GPI PRO Systems is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft incurred once the shipment has been released to the courier.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance on high-value orders. Contact us prior to shipment if you wish to add insurance coverage.

🔁 Refused Shipments & Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is refused by the buyer or is returned due to failure to pay import taxes or duties, the buyer is responsible for:
    • All return shipping fees
    • Any additional courier fees, storage, or customs penalties incurred
    • Reshipment fees, if applicable
  • Alternatively, buyers may choose to pay the original import taxes and duties to have the package released and delivered.

📦 Split Shipments & Backorders

  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on item availability.
  • Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are restocked, with notification provided via email.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. GPI PRO Systems is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

📦 Signature Required

  • For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery location.
