Returns & Refunds Policy – GPI PRO Systems

We take pride in the quality and precision of our equipment. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we encourage customers to review our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition
    • In the original packaging, with all components and accessories included
  • Items that are used, damaged, customized, or not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

📩 How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@gpiprosystems.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value returns.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items sold as clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Used gear and demo units unless otherwise agreed in writing

🛠️ Warranty & Repairs

If your product is defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues, please contact us for a repair or replacement under our warranty policy. Return shipping may still apply.

📦 International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all import/export duties and taxes incurred during the return process.
  • Packages returned without proper customs documentation may be delayed or rejected.
